Shipping & Costs
Right now we only ship orders to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Spain (mainland only).

As soon as your order is shipped from one of our warehouses you will receive an email with the tracking details. If you have a customer account you can always track the status of your order from the Orders section. If you need more information, feel free to contact us.

Yes, it is. We use a security certificate to protect our online store and we also use trusted payment partners to offer you a secure shopping experience.
returns
You can request the return of your order during the next 14 days since the date of reception. Please contact us indicating your order number and we will help you with the process.
The return will be at no cost. Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order. Products that come in packs cannot be returned separately. Additionally, all items must be returned in their original packaging and/or with their labels and must be in proper condition for the return to be accepted.
Return period extension for Christmas season: orders made between 1st November 2024 and 1st January 2025 can be returned until 16th January 2025.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return request is approved and another one when we receive and validate the returned items in our warehouse. As soon as this last step happens, we will issue the refund of your items. The refund will always be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The amount of days to receive the money back depends on your banking entity. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.

If you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a coupon with a 10% discount. The following terms & conditions apply to it:
