You can request the return of your order during the next 14 days since the date of reception. Please contact us indicating your order number and we will help you with the process.
The return will be at no cost. Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order. Products that come in packs cannot be returned separately. Additionally, all items must be returned in their original packaging and/or with their labels and must be in proper condition for the return to be accepted.
Return period extension for Christmas season: orders made between 1st November 2025 and 1st January 2026 can be returned until 16th January 2026.
